Skardu airport is all set to receive international flights this month. As per the sources, the preparation to start international flights in Skardu at its last stages. Adding to it, it has been previously announced to inaugurate on the 1st of June 2021. Due to some pending tasks and extension of refilling station inauguration has been postponed until further notice.

Now its has been finalized to start its international flight operations in July 2021. According to the sources, it has been received that there is very first flight land on Skardu airport from Nepal Kathmandu. All necessary arrangements have been done for international travelers.

A separate portion for internation arrivals and departure has also been setuped for international travellers.
