Bar Valley people cultivate wheat, potato, and maize, but it is not only cultivated by them. Rather best quality potato is obtained from this part of the area known as Bar Aalu.
Further, a tour of Daitar Valley in summer is like heaven in these greener villages, with the Sheppard lifestyle and organic beauty. All the mountains are covered with sheets of snow. It is best to visit during harvesting, i.e., August and September.

I first visited it for two days. From Bar Valley to Daitar Valley, there is transport from all of Maudel or from local people, but we went by Motorbike.
